Free Domestic Shipping
- All items are shipped free of charge within the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail - no minimum purchase required.
- Each package is fully registered and insured for the selling price, and requires an adult signature to accept delivery.
- We process orders Monday to Saturday, excluding national postal/bank holidays. We make every effort to ship each order out with 2-3 business days.
- You will be notified via e-mail if the merchandise you ordered is not available for immediate shipment.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, Freight Forwarders, and Mailbox Drop Locations
- If you require shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO box your package will be shipped via USPS Registered & Insured Mail for an additional fee.
- Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order.
- If you have additional delivery requirements, such as overnight or Saturday delivery, or international shipping, please contact us immediately at info@amazonimportsgems.com.
Damaged Packages
Upon receipt of the package, if there is physical evidence of tampering, please immediately indicate the damage to the carrier. If the package is empty or damaged, Do Not Accept The Parcel. All loss or damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of discovery of the loss or damage.

We offer a fifteen (15) day money back guarantee to ensure you have enough time to consider your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 15 days of the original date of shipment, you may return the item for a full refund or credit -- no questions asked and no hidden restocking fees.

Simply return the item in its original, undamaged condition accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Send your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) Registered & Insured Mail ONLY -- make sure to fully insure the package for the amount you paid for the item(s). Once your return is received and inspected for any damage, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will not be processed until the item(s) is received and evaluated. Amazon Imports reserves the right to refuse an item back if the item is not the original item that was purchased or has been damaged while in the customer’s possession. Amazon Imports will not be held responsible for returns that are not received or shipped via different methods than stated above.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, In the case where payment is made by personal check, the refund process may take up to 14 working days due to the length of time it may take to clear a personal check.
